Pride of the Déise promotes Irish LGBTQIA+ film makers and film making talent, bringing their work to the forefront of our online Pride festival this year.

The festival seeks to thematically explore the many facets of queer life, including films that deal with the challenges facing our LGBTQIA+ siblings in Ireland and worldwide.

Queer Vision Film Festival celebrates LGBTQIA+ storytelling. Based in a Pride Festival in Waterford, Ireland, our exciting programme of short films have previously been presented at a live event in Garter Lane Arts Centre, Waterford City on the June Bank Holiday weekend.

This year we will be presenting our programme in Waterford City across two days; on Wednesday 29th of May we will be screening in Waterford Gallery of Art and on Thursday the 30th of May we will have the final screenings, panel talks and the Queer Vision 2024 award ceremony at Bank Lane.
